It was also a key step that China turns from a major dyestuff country to a  world dyestuff power. Moreover, it also showed that Lonsen became the world’s largest  textile chemical producer and service provider, increased the ability to control the world market and international development, and greatly improved “Lonsen”   brand. This acquisition gained high reputation from the society and market, Mr Zhao HongZhu, the secretary of ZheJiang provincial party committee, spoke highly  of this acquisition.  “China Chemical Industry News” commented this as the 3rd largest event in the Chemical industry in 2010.
